DuduPaperBaby is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or by factors outside of our control, such as weather events, holidays, or customs delays.

7. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@dudupaperbaby.com. Cancellations can only be processed before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item(s) under our Return Policy.

If you wish to modify your order, such as changing the shipping address or adding/removing items, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your changes.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
